Having More than 28 of experience and around 19 Years in the field of Electrical Wiring Accessories where I started from being a key player in the field of Design and Development and was a key leader in launching more than 7 different ranges for company like Crabtree, Wipro, Schnieder, Philips, Scame and L&T and also work on stand alone products for Panasonic.From there I excelled to be An Operations Executive using my experience and knowledge as an advantage for the Organization’s Growth. My Objective is to be a successful leader in operations management where I can utilize my potential and capabilities to achieve the organizational objectives and seize the opportunities for professional development. At the same time excel in the field of Operations and Engineering and obtain world class position where I can use my Technical Skills and Innovative ideas and learn and grow in terms of knowledge and Experience.I have extensive experience in handling Business Unit and I am a firm believer of Business Excellence and team building. I am handling the Business of Electric Devices, Smart Meters and Circuit Breaker Factory( For a short period) and leading a Team of more than 2000 MP.
