As part of the Sims Marketing Team, I provide support services for various projects, including: Manage WordPress content & blog page updates, Increase social media post visibility by scheduling based on customer and channel-level data Conduct comprehensive market and industry research for strategic planning. Perform thorough data analysis and cleansing to maximize marketing results

Responsibilities: 1. Expand our existing theme development to create a diverse portfolio of website options for various markets we service2. Streamline our website creation process from domain registry to SSL certificates, to custom theme installs, and finally launch the site upon completion3. Help our development team manage existing sites, and continue to expand functionality for our products4. Assist with technical support for our clients as well as our marketing team

Responsibilities1. Develop and maintain creative and website timelines, manage deliverables, direct work, and ensure milestones are met.2. Should be able to consider and monitor a variety of factors such as existing resources, quality of work, etc…3. Will be managing multiple projects at a time3. Help scope new projects and determine quotes/budgets4. Help streamline workflow and identify process improvement opportunities5. Lead client meetings when appropriate and provide clients and internal stakeholders with regular communication/updates6. Work with clients to set right expectations, manage scope, and project delivery7. Perform website quality assurance testing and reporting pre-launch8. Monitor projects to anticipate risks, scope creep, and timeline changes; and proactively identify and communicate mitigation plans to creative leads9. Relay feedback to the designers and developers when received10. Keep documents and deliverables organized for various projects11. Work with the Creative team and departmental client leads in producing final deliverables and mockups for client requests12. Prioritize and manage Creative department requests while meeting deadlines13. Brainstorm and offer creative solutions that meet client needs14. Perform other duties as needed

Responsibilities:1. Responsible for gathering, interpreting, and applying all area data2. Audit daily production reports, resolve data entry and processing errors3. Input Data to the system with 8 different Language. 4. Facilitate team meetings and communications5. Act as backup for all team members including department Manager6. Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as needed to assist in overall department goals

Creating full website designs that follow client’s branding and style guide3. Creating landing page designs with a focus on user engagement, while following client’s branding guidelines4. Creating various graphic elements to be used throughout the website5. Developing the website user experience and interface6. Ensuring that the website design will work across all screen sizes and devices
