The interaction with internal and external members is what I enjoy the most about my work. My focus is to help the client achieve their goals by facilitating client meetings and analyzing business needs to meet their functional requirements, enabling them to better serve the various government departments with PeopleSoft.My Business Technology Management background is instrumental in elevating my conversations with clients to drive greater insights and increase value. Key areas of focus include relationship management, smooth implementation, and client satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoy working with people and new technologies and aspire to grow in roles that demand creativity and innovation.
