I am a senior social development sector leader with over 18 years of professional experience in diversified social development domains, agencies, and geographies. I specialize in School Education.Presently I am working with Azim Premji Foundation and leading the implementation of Early Childhood Education Programme in 52 districts of Madhya Pradesh. I am working closely with the Woman and Child Development Department and School Education Department to implement the ECE in 97000 Anganwadi Centres of the state. I am responsible for collaborating with the government in formulating the ECE policy for the state in the light of NEP 2020.I am leading the development of theme based curricular design and subsequently development of the Handbook and Workbooks for Anganwadi Workers and children respectively. I am also responsible for professional development of 97000 Anganwadi Workers, 456 CDPOs and 3880 Sector Supervisor of 52 districts of Madhya Pradesh. My role includes the development of Demonstration Anganwadi Centres for ECE in the state of Madhya Pradesh. I hold expertise on the Foundational Stage of Learning and the Early Childhood Education (ECE).Over the course of my career, I have worked in various capacities from being a volunteer to Block Co-ordinator, District Co-ordinator, Divisional Co-ordinator, State Co-ordinator, State Head to National Programme Manager, spanning across diverse verticals of School Education, Water and Sanitation and Public Health. As an employee, my association with the social development sector ranges from international funding agencies like UNICEF, INGOs like CARE to the Government Departments of Education to Large grassroot level implementing organization like Azim Premji Foundation. I have supervised, overseen, supported, and implemented result-oriented programmes from the metropolitan cities to the remotest tribal regions of the country. My leadership has led to visible outcomes in the assigned domains of implementation. I bring with me an expertise in Intervention Design, Operations and Assessment, Capacity Building of the stakeholders, Academic & Pedagogy support, Strategic Partnership and Emergency Response Programme Management. Achieving goals with seamless collaboration of stakeholders and effective financial prudence has been my method of working.
