Division manager for two Business Units within Strängbetong AB (Consolis) producing and delivering prefab concrete walls, hollow-cores, prefab balconies and stairs. Responsible for for product segments, marketing and development.

Responsible for daily activities such as personnel, production, budget, economic governance, continuously follow-up, strategic sales- and marketing and active in sales activities. Industrial service and engineering for a wide range of process industries, such as chemical-, petrochemical, paper-, steel-, energy-, oil- and gas industry and refineries. Responsible manager for the daily activities within the group and tight follow-up of subsidiary. Strategic development of the group by acquisitions and organic growth by long-term partnership agreements and frame agreements, strategic projects and development of service supply. Follow-up of contracts and continuously improvements within health, safety and environment. A remarkable growth was achieved during this period.

A subsidiary within Mattssongruppen. Responsible for development, growth and operational activities of the company including personnel, budget, strategic sales and marketing, production, economy and project follow-up. A remarkable growth was achieved during this period.

Development and growth of the group by close co-operation with existing subsidiaries, acquisitions of new companies and business areas, start-up of new subsidiaries and sales of subsidiaries and product portfolios.
