My background is from the Telecom billing area but made a very sharp turn to ServiceMax / Salesforce a few years ago, which is a great area to apply my skills as a team-oriented and solution focused person working with people from different countries and backgrounds.Being a part of a team or taking the initiative and lead the way suits me just fine either way. It's just a matter of being able to create a consensus driven group of people towards a good product/solution.I consider myself as a very loyal hard working person. No matter what the task is, I get it done.My objective for the future is to grow my skills as a person who others are willing to follow and do so by example.My current role as a Salesforce & ServiceMax Solution Architect gives me a good opportunity to do my best to provide focus on the important functional paths to take for the solutions we work with as a team.
