These include the Institute for Human Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI), Stanford Data Science Initiative (SDSI) and the Brown Institute. I am managing the site, core and shell trades. Includes mass excavation, temporary shoring, site utilities, waterproofing & roofing, building facade and landscaping worth approx. $35 M of the $140 M budget.

Completed Projects:Stanford University - Seely G. Mudd Chemistry Building Demolition - Project Engineer. Building was previously a teaching and research facility for the Stanford University Chemistry Department and was demolished to meet GUP square footage requirements on campus. 4-story (1 below grade) 110,000 SF building demolition project. I performed project setup, budgeting and VE exercises, project buyout, contract award, and project closeout for the entire project worth approx. $6 M. Unique aspects of the project include hazardous material abatement of asbestos. Stanford University - Herrin Hall & Herrin Labs Buildings Demolition - Project Engineer. Buildings were previously teaching and research facilities for the Stanford University Biology Department. 9-story (1 below grade) 160,000 SF multiple building demolition project. I performed budgeting & VE exercises, project buyout, contract award, and managed entire project. Included GRs, site utilities, demolition and abatement, temporary shoring, drywall, fire sprinkler, mechanical and electrical worth approx. $11 M. Unique aspects of the project included abatement of hazardous asbestos material, structural demolition and abatement of hazardous PCB material and demolition of a partially occupied building. Stanford University - LTHW Pump Station - Project Engineer. New low temperature hot water (LTHW) pump station installed to serve future needs of the Stanford University LTHW system. I performed project buyout, contract award, and managed entire project. Included GRs, site utilities, mass excavation, concrete, waterproofing, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping worth approx. $2 M. Unique aspects of the project included close coordination with the Stanford arborist for mass excavation and trenching within the Stanford Arboretum.
