• Provides program and documentation management support for factoryprograms.• Conducts needs assessments using a variety of methods (focus groups,surveys, etc.) with groups/divisions/locations to identify and prioritizedevelopmental needs and partners with the business leadership team to identify appropriate solution • Contributes to the development of online and instructor-led learningsolutions to support the implementation of business and factoryinitiatives.• Facilitates and manages factory wide learning programs.Contributes to cross-functional teams exploring new technologies toaddress/identify gaps and provide for standardization and optimization.• Is responsible for supporting, managing, or implementing Food Safetyand Product Quality standards.
