As a non-profit executive and public health advocate, my work centers on creating inclusive spaces and programs that empower communities to live healthier lives. At the YMCA of Ithaca & Tompkins County, I lead with a passion for fostering collaboration and growth—whether it's increasing membership, driving innovation, or securing the resources that make it all possible. I believe in the power of partnerships and have dedicated myself to building relationships that enhance the well-being of our community. My journey in public health is rooted in addressing disparities and promoting equitable access to wellness resources. With a background in biology and public health, I’m committed to using evidence-based strategies to tackle chronic disease prevention, both locally and nationally. As a Faculty Trainer with the YMCA of the USA, I get to share this passion with others, equipping Y leaders across the country with the tools they need to make an impact.I thrive at the intersection of public health, community building, and leadership—whether I’m collaborating with local organizations or leading strategic operations.
