My main research interests are Semiconductor and Spintronic device physics. Understanding the physics of these devices help us build better, smaller, more energy efficient and sustainable electronics for many different applications. My work has a particular focus on variability, noise and fluctuations, and the use of electronics in extreme environments.

I led the environmental management group and was responsible for ISO 14001 compliance at the School of ICT.Planned internal and external revisions according to ISO 14001.

Handled staffing, course development and budgeting for 30+ courses at undergraduate and graduate level

Served as faculty representative on the KTH Sustainability Council. Worked on integration of sustainability in the engineering curriculum and supported new and cross-disciplinary research initiatives in this area.

I was affiliated to TU Vienna, Institute for Microelectronics, for the duration of the project "Fundamental Fluctuations in Spintronics", 2018-2021

Post-doctoral work on advanced in house semiconductor device and process technology with focus on:TCAD, physically based device simulations, Low-frequency noise properties of high-k gate material in nano-scale CMOS, High-temperature SiC device physics and process integrationSecuring external research project funding, in particular management of larger applications with different partnersUndergraduate teaching and course development in various electronics and engineering classes.

Worked on noise and high-frequency characterization and modelling of SiGe HBTs for radio-frequency applications.The industrial partner of the project consortium was Ericsson Microelectronics AB.
