X EU project management: Phare project “Implementation of European Commission’s Enlargement Communication Strategy in Latvia” No LE 2001/01, Project Manager (11/2001 – 12/2003) , Project Director (01/2004 – 12/2004), AND Phare project “Management of Delegation Information Strategy for Latvia” Project Managers Assistant (02/2001-11/2001)The tasks for both above mentioned projects included: - yearly planning and updating EC Delegation’s communication strategy, - co-ordination of core team, selection of experts,- regular reporting to EC Representation on project activities,- media relations, - planning, writing and co-ordinating publications, - organisation of public events, presentations, - organisation and leading training on EU issues,- development and updating of EC Representation Website, - organising public opinion pools, qualitative researches and analysing results, evaluation of target audiences needs.X Supervision of planning and implementation of various socio-political projects ;X Development of new projects, proposals in the fields: civil society development, support to people with disabilities, tourism, youth activities
