Funding for Future B.V. is a management company that develops country specific private financed Building Energy Efficiency Facilities (BEEFs) to facilitate accessibility to financing for long term energy efficiency and deep renovation of public buildings and multi-family dwellings across Europe (https://fcubed.eu/).Funding for Future has created LATVIAN BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY FACILITY AS (LABEEF) which is the first forfaiting fund in Europe, providing 20+ years of standardised financing to owners of building stock to purchase guaranteed safety, health, and comfort services while reducing the buildings’ carbon footprint by over 50%.We have been involved in multiple EU H2020 projects with a focus on energy efficiency project finance and renovation service solutions, e.g., #FinEERGo-Dom, #EUROPA One-Stop-Shop, #REFINE project

-Responsibility for product development: SME and Corporate loans, leasing, factoring, trade finance services, daily banking and cash management products for corporate customers.-Product and process development for the Bank's foreign branches.-Provide sales support for SME and Corporate business.-Cooperation with the state, local and international financial institutions regarding financing programs, support instruments.

-Sales support for business units.-Cooperation with Baltic product development departments representing the Latvian corporate business interests and needs.-international funding programs.

-Responsibility for such development areas: corporate daily transaction business, e-channels, CRM, Loans.-Cooperation with international financial institutions.-Implementation of local and international funding programs for bank.

-Cash management product developmet, also participation in PAN Baltic product development projects.-Projects that focus on improvement of customer daily service process improvement and efficiency.-Loan for housing renovation - product development, support, cooperation with state institutions.
