Acting as Head of Financial Planning & Reporting Baltics / Consolidation Lead for Amber Beverage Group (the largest Wine and Spirits production and distribution in Baltics with international footprints in UK, Australia and Mexico) my responsibilities include not only supervision of the team and consolidation of the Group performance but as well as active participation in M&A team (target company valuation, due diligence and integration process after acquisition). Besides mentioned large scale tasks, my daily routines and responsibilities include budget and forecasting process, accounting control, investment projects evaluation and financial advisory as well cost follow-up, sales and management reports. In charge for group’s monthly financial reporting process. Preparing of consolidated and aggregated reporting package for management team. Work collaboratively with various people and teams inside a large organization. Identify and implement process improvements in reporting routines. Supervision of monthly reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting processes at group level. Assist in mergers and acquisitions process of new acquired companies. Provide technical, financial and business expertise and guidance in the development, modification and system integration of group policies and procedures used for daily production processing, reporting and financial accounting. Taking part in due diligence and post-mergers integration process. Synergy calculations, evaluation of potential new business and etc.

Management and supervision on Financial analysis division. Oversee all aspects of management reporting, business and financial control, primary price calculation and company’s pricing. Consolidation and reporting of group’s (NP Foods, Laima, Staburadze, Gutta as well as retail chain, logistics service provider and Estonia and Lithuania markets) financial statements to shareholders and local management. Support for sales, procurement, marketing and other functions. Transfer pricing.I had a possibility to experience company owners change and took participation of the following integration into Orkla (the leading supplier of branded consumer goods in its home market in Nordics and Baltics). Taking part in Gutta carve-out process and merging of Latfood (the leading salted snacks supplier in Baltics).

Direct and indirect cashflow weekly and monthly statements and forecasts. Daily dealing with different ad-hoc requests and reports related from finance perspective.

Main responsibilities related to monthly/weekly financial statements and reporting to local and regional management, forecasting, budgeting and day-to-day analysis of company’s financial data as well as finance control function. In charge of sales data analysis, customer discounts calculations and pricing, commercial function.
