- Initiated various projects in scares skills for the Department of Labour and different SETA’s (Skills Education and Training Authorities).- AWARD: Project in Galeshewe won Project of the Year for the Department of Labour with a 96% success rate.Projects: Planned, managed, implemented and completed the following successful Initiatives & Projects- Trained 200 inmates at Mangaung Correctional Centre as qualified welders- Trained 180 unemployed youth in Galeshewe as qualified plumbers- Hosted an IT Training course for 50 individuals- Trained 40 students in general management for MAPP SETA- Trained 40 EPWP contractors for TTSM and the Department of Transport, roads and police
