After 30 yrs of different opportunities I can say that I have build up a nice portfolio of experiences. What I love the most is being with people from all kind of sort. I like to listen to different opinions and ideas.It is always fascinating to discover what idea's and new insides come out of open conversations.I like to guide people and listen to their different point of views. In my opinion that gives mostly good new insides.With my open minded view I can easily replace myself in different and sometimes difficult situations. It is always a challenge to find right solutions.During my traveling I came across different cultures and different habits, I am very happy I got the opportunity to experience that. It gave me the ability to understand opinions from different people who sometimes don't understand their differences. What gave me the experience to become a good mediator.I am a very patient person but if time frames are connected then I can act strongly to make decision quickly.It is important to create balance at every level but sometimes you have to make difficult choices and priorities must be placed. Which can sometimes lead to unpleasant situations.The trick is to be very clear about why some decisions take precedence over others.I like open communication.There is nothing worse receiving no news.... than bad news....My motto:Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet, is fighting some kind of a battle.You are the power, you are the master, you are everything
