Primary responsibility was the augmentation, migration, and decommissioning of network capacity for Twitch’s global network. Troubleshot and assisted in the configuration of all Meraki products in large scale deployments. Also gave advice and best practices regarding security, routing and switching, and wireless to larger businesses, including Fortune 500 companies. Member of a small and specialized group that handles troubleshooting and configuring the MS420, Meraki's Layer 3 Core / Distribution fiber switch. Also a member of Meraki's Systems Manager team. A small group that only handles Systems Manager related issues.

Administered of the Cisco network and Windows server infrastructure for the PCAPP project in Pueblo, CO during its construction phase. The project’s goal is to construct a facility to dismantle one of the remaining stockpiles of chemical weapons in the US.

Supported several Bechtel projects remotely as needed, while developing and testing Windows images for deployment across Bechtel projects. Also assisted with basic trouble tickets, printer maintenance, etc.

Deployed NIST compliant Windows XP image to ~1500 PCs at the K-25 site, and assisted them with any compatibility issues after upgrading. Also took on basic Helpdesk related tickets, such as account lockouts, browser issues, etc.
