At the heart of what I do is the simple idea to convert surplus organic material (some may refer to it as 'waste') into highly valuable commodities - electricity/green gas, heat/cooling, fertiliser/nutrients. In line with the vision of a circular economy these outputs should preferably benefit the local/regional community.Following 15 years of management experience (policy, planning, finance, technology) in UK and international renewable energy markets (10 yrs biogas and 5 yrs wind) I am directing my expertise to the International Development sector.
