Another achievement unlocked for me.Having the opportunity to work on something I truly loved and have been my passion since years ago. Football. FIFA WORLD CUP 2018 and UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.Starting with running a 5 cities event series looking for a new football stars "JAGOAN BOLA HERO" and ended up with successfully managed a public viewing event in more than 14.000 venues from Aceh to Papua. Handling and personally meet a football stars such Alessandro Del Piero, Carles Puyol, and Teddy Sheringham was my highest moment and achievement during my time working in FMA.Having the opportunity to work, making presentation, and executed FIFA and UEFA events are one of my highest achievement.

The responsibilities are getting bigger.Trusted to managed a team under direct supervision of the director at Cross Media Internasional (Mediate) a subsidiary of MNC group specialized in brand activation activities.My role in general is almost the same with what I had in Dwisapta, creative planning, budget supervising, event monitoring with the addition of managing a team in bigger scale.My biggest achievement here was actively in charge handling more international talents such David Foster, Peter Cetera, and few others. And also had the experiences of having a massive event involving more than 100K participants during a political year of 2012 in more than 5 cities.

New role with bigger responsibilities. I was trusted to have my own team of brand activation within Bee Activator (a subsidiary of Dwisapta Advertising) and starting my new role as event planner for Dwisapta clients such Kalbe Farma group, Enesis group, Dua Kelinci, Daihatsu, Mayora, and others.My biggest achievement was winning 3 awards with Bee Activator from Mix Magazine for 3 consecutive years (2 Silver Award, 1 Gold Award) in Brand Activation Category.I also had my first experience of handling international talent for Dua Kelinci event (Indonesia Menggiring Bola) with Luis Figo as main talent for the event.

I learned many new things from great mentors in ARDKO which shaped me into who I am now.My biggest achievement during my time in ARDKO was in 2006. When I earned trust from my Director to be a lead person for the biggest project I had there. I had to manage team, vendors, and other third parties (include transporting 5 elephants from Way Kambas to Metro Lampung) for a record breaking event (MURI record) of RAWIT NIKAH MASSAL (Married on an elephant).I was sent to Metro (Lampung) without having previous knowledges and experience about Lampung. I managed to overcome the challenge and succeeds on the event
