Within KPIT, I have Initiated the TaaS (Testing as a Service). TaaS covers the entire gamut of testing life cycle service offerings. The more focused zones are functional Testing and Automation Testing,Competency development in testing and building up the process and Templates to cater to the testing projects. So as a key member of TaaS, I was responsible for Process and Template preparation for the testing projects right from requirement analysis to reporting stage..Train testing professionals in various tools, techniques and methodologies.Contributing in testing project proposals, testing strategies and methodologies for new business.Prepare case studies of testing projects conducted within DFS. Also presented the testing competency to client and helped solve their queries and concerns.Proposed a testing solution/engagement road-map.Also as a delivery of Projects, I was responsible for manage, recruit and induct test resources. Client Communication across the GLOBE (Australia, France and US) to build agreements, guidelines and standards in order to resolve issues and create consistent practices.Develop a test plan aligned with requirements and deliverable. Plan and estimation of Resources .Review of the requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Detailed Design documents. • Identify & write, perform the test cases and maintain test Data.
