1. Perform review of protocol, statistical analysis plan (SAP)and case report form (CRF).2. Create programming documents including list of tables, mock tables, analysis specifications, dataset specifications, cSDRG, ADRG and other related documents.3. Is accountable for the production of high-quality, on-time statistical programming deliverables (such as datasets and tables/listings/figures (TLFs)) for either outsourced or insourced clinical studies and development programs.4. Be a programmer for a clinical trial to deliver TLFs for CSR/DMC/BDR.Responsibilities:1. review SAP/protocol and CRF and give comments from programming prospective, apply cdisc guideline and safety and oncology rulebook in programming.2. Design specification for dataset and detailed programming steps to implement it using SAS.3. Discuss and coordinate with clinician, statistician and medical-writer, and debug or re-write code if there is new requirement, and explain the algorithm behind. 4. Communicate and interact with other team members on timeline, documentation and support issues., share experience, ensure smooth delivery and push for result.5. Update documentation as for future tracking.6. QC for algorithm-challenging datasets, complex derivation, missing date/data imputation, efficacy endpoint statistical summary with mixed model analysis, GEE, logistic model, binomial, and its detailed option to ensure it's compliant with SAP and corrected implemented.
