As a FRezCa admin, I am responsible for overseeing this tutorial program for first- and second-year science students at McGill University. I work in various tasks, including managing collaborations and working on program improvement to foster engagement amongst students.

Aim to foster scientific thinking and interest in youth by hosting various events. July 25, 2020: Held Virtual Mathnasium Math Night Competition in collaboration with Mathnasium. Managed 8 tutors and around 20 participants to ensure smooth-running of event and encouraged involvement of students from all levels.

As a PHYS 101/102 TEAM mentor, I am able to help students in these classes achieve their full potential and to guide their thinking in hopes of helping them become self-sustaining learners with deeper understandings of the course. I am able to guide students' thinking through asking questions and going through the process of solving the questions rather than just simply giving them the answer, which will hopefully promote more self reflection as well as metacognition.
