As a computational bioinformatics programmer and problem solver with more than 8 years industrial and academic experience, I have possessed a solid grounding in analyzing a variety of research projects, including GWAS, RNA-seq, sRNA-seq, 16/18S-seq, variant calling analysis, Bisulfite-seq, microbiome research, and genomic comparison studies. My work involves in pipeline development, statistical data analysis and data management. Besides, I had hands-on experience in RNA-seq library preparation, which is beneficial in communicating with wet-lab researchers and field specialists.
