Working as a senior expert and chief standard delegate in wireless research department, focus in LTE, IEEE802, WiMAX standards research and attend international conference promoting innovations and contributions to be incorporated into these standards. I have presented more than 160 contributions, more than 70 of them have been accepted by these standard organizations, 33 patents have been adopted in LTE, IEEE802 and WiMAX standards. I personally have more than 30 patents, and more than 10 patents have been adopted by such international standards. I have once been appointed as Chairman of WiMAX Forum SPWG Working Group Local Routing sub-group. From Sep. 2010 I was acting as a team leader of Patent Review Board of wireless product line. From Oct. 2011 till now I focus in LTE system solution design for various industry.

Worked as a project manager in R&D testing department, I was engaged in software testing for value-added service platform called “Monternet”. I had pioneered and led the SMSC gateway team.
