I am a member of Runping & Partners.Concentrating my practice in Intellectual Property, including Chinese and international patent and trademark prosecution and litigation, I accepted professional training and has gained significant experience in the prosecution of Chinese , PCT international applications and patent applications abroad, and enforcement litigation as well as in counseling clients relating to validity and infringement matters in China.I'm specialized in patent matters in the areas of chemistry, chemical engineering and biological engineering, and trademark matters. I did my undergraduate work inChemistry Department of Huazhong Normal University, and obtained M.S. in petroleum processing at Research Institute of Petroleum Processing of SINOPEC in 1986. My memberships include All-China Patent Agents Association, INTA, AIPPI, LES.The practice of my firm mainly focuses on intellectual property and related laws and practices, including patents; trademarks; copyrights; unfair competition; trade secrets; licensing and transfer of technologies; related trial and litigations before the people's courts and dispute resolutions before administrative authorities.
