Manage project technical support team on a variety of projects. Responsible for ensuring timely responses to clients’ product integration technical consultation requests. Organise and coordinate resources for pre-sales demonstrations and product implementations. Maintain sound business relationships with clients, partners and third party product vendors.

Manage and coordinate the cross-function product team. Responsible for managing product throughout the product lifecycle, defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and working closely with c-level executives to align the product schema with overall business strategy.

Work closely with sales representatives in engaging with potential clients and partners. Provide technical sales support, conduct on-site demonstrations, and deliver the product’s value propositions as well as solution proposals to IT managers and senior executives. Manage all stages of a consultative sales cycle from pre-sales to requirements definition, product implementation, customization, test and integration consultation and training.

Responsible for implementing operating system (Linux or Unix), database (Oracle) and software products on mainframe or PC servers; organise and conduct test to ensure the full operation of the system. Work closely with clients’ project team members in analysing ERP system requirements, develop system specifications according to the output of requirement analysis and complete system customisation accordingly using PHP & ORACLE PL/SQL.
