These customers are small to medium businesses and have fairly good knowledge to troubleshoot elimentary problems with their internet connections. Role demands quickly understanding the possible cause for any difficulty and offer the quickest, simplest and most efficient way to resolve the issue without the need for the customer to call back.

Attending customer using credit cards, explaining their bills, answering their queries and taking preventive actions if irregularities found. Customer were not particularly aware of the product and features and needed a very compassionate attention in order to calm their anxiety.

Sr. CSA role for offering help to customers using web chat. Duties involve technical problem resolution and billing queries.
