STEMZ Education (501(c) Non-Profit) offers mentorship for low costs. I manage 45+ part-time mentors/volunteers in Washington and Oregon. To-date over 5,000 students have been impacted through STEMZ Education. (www.stemzeducation.org) STEMZ Education is a registered non-profit, in the state of Washington, I created in 2016 with the goal of connecting passionate high school students in the area to other students seeking help ranging from homework to competitions such as Destination Imagination, First Lego League, etc. Through STEMZ I have also organized summer workshops and events to introduce children to emerging technologies and provide them with hands-on experiences through programming, laser cutting, 3D printing, and others. To date, STEMZ has provided mentorship and student-based resources to over 5,000 students in Washington and Oregon. This year we adapted to virtual learning and reached over 250 students over Zoom for interactive labs, experiment, and more!

Led 15 other interns to integrate sub-system components and ensure final deliverables were met. Set out agenda/team planning sessions, led weekly scrum meetings, reported to the supervising manager weekly on progress.

Developed multiple promotional videos with thousands of views and utilized tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create posters and other advertising mediums. Cedar Robotics is a startup established in 2016 with a purpose to automate and bring efficiency to the restaurant industry by providing an end to end solution: from ordering the meal to delivering it at the table. Currently, we are in a trial period at a Seattle based restaurant- Tigerly Ox- and currently have 4 ordered pending.Cedar Robotics is also internationally recognized through many awards and programs we have received. Some of our most notable are “Tech Crunch Disrupt Top Pick”, IEEEN3xt Rising Star 2018, and a partnership with the Nvidia Inception program.

Designed and engineered a product focused on using cheap VR to further access to STEM Education. Pitched the idea to a board of angel investors including the Vice President of HTC Vive. We were awarded a VR package worth 5,000+ dollars to further our mission.
