I Joined System3 as a Network Operations Team Intern, and my responsibilities during this time were to understand our infrastructure, handle customer tickets, monitor our networks across the globe, and ensure high availability working with our resolution teams. Our NOC Monitors our infrastructure, and our Customer Infrastructure 24x7x365 and is able to work just in time in case something goes wrong.
