Heading TeamLease Foundation & Enterprise, TeamLease Edtech to lead Partnerships with Enterprises, International Impact Financing Bodies, Government, PSUs & NGO/Foundations for CSR / L&D fund raising & implementation to provide Education & Employment for all in partnership with IIT / IIM / Top Universities in emerging areas such as AI/ML, data science, wireless & mobile tech, green energy with learner financing, learning tools, digital platforms, & top quality content delivered by top quality SMEs followed by placements & gainful employment for life. As the National Head for University Partnerships, I set-up & launched the Premier Institutes Vertical. Signed up prestigious institutes like IIT Patna, IIT Bhilai leading to IIT Jammu, IIT Delhi, IIM Kashipur, IIM Mumbai. In addition, I had the privilege of working with some of the top-ranked universities in the NIRF & NAAC rankings such as DY Patil, YCMOU, Shivaji Univ, Gujarat Technical University, etc. My work also extended to the government sector, where I collaborated with DHTE & PSUs like AMTRON to cover 330 universities and colleges in Assam state, Maharashtra, and Jharkhand. Furthermore, I worked with enterprises such as Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, NPCI, NSDC, CSC (Jharkhand)Before joining TeamLease Edtech, I founded and ran ProGATE Coaching, a boot-strapped ed-tech company for GATE preparation, that trained over 5000 students, generated multi-million $ revenue, and created a content library of 3000+ hours of video, 25000+ test questions, and 10000+ pages of study material. I also co-founded ProAvenues, a firm that offered test prep, e-learning, corporate training, and content development solutions for various national and international exams and assessments. Additionally, I have worked in the domains of finance and consulting, having been part of the investment banking division at Deutsche Bank & PNC Bank. I am passionate about leveraging technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship to improve access, quality, and outcomes in education & employment. I have strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Indian education landscape, the needs of the learners, and the opportunities for the stakeholders. I am driven by the mission of making online learning accessible, affordable, and effective for millions of students across India.
