Team Building: This includes recruiting and managing professionals like writers, editors, graphics designers etc.5. Audience Engagement: Engage people through social media, email newsletters, among others so that they feel like they are part of it.6. Monetization Strategy: Creating ways to generate money through such things as advertising, sponsored contents, affiliate marketing or sales of products.7. Website Management: Oversee design/development/maintenance works on this site.8. Partnerships and Collaborations: Recognizing chances where there can be an alliance with brands or other influencers or organizations is important for any website owner who wants to make some money online.9. Analytics and Optimization: These metrics assist in determining if you are moving forward or backward while running webpage optimization programs aimed at improving ROI from your website10. Legal and Compliance: Under these aspects include copyright laws among others which protect information posted on websites; privacy policy being employed to enhance trust between site owners/users; advertising standards that govern what should appear in advertisements including websites

Worked as a Product Manager for Data Governance Program that involved the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives aimed at establishing and maintaining effective data governance within the organization using Agile Principles▪ Program Planning and Strategy - Developing a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with organizational goals▪ Stakeholder Engagement - Identifying and engaging key stakeholders across various departments to gain buy-in and support for the data governance program▪ Data Quality Management - Implementing processes and tools to monitor and improve the quality of data▪ Monitoring and Reporting - Establishing monitoring mechanisms to track progress against KPIs and providing reports to stakeholders and leadership▪ Change Management - Managing the organizational change associated with implementing data governance, including communication, training, and support▪ Continuous Improvement - Implementing feedback loops and processes to refine and enhance data governance practices over time.

I joined here initially as a Team Lead in the management consulting department and later was promoted to Assistant Manager – Strategic Program Management Office due to my exemplary performance. During this tenure, I ensured highest levels of project delivery in terms of duration and the quality produced. While I established, developed and managed all the project scopes and objectives that I handled, I also forged a systematic flow of communication. Speaking of communication, I made it a priority to have effective channels of communication, as it was one of the most important parts of functioning. This involved both upward and downward communication - leading team conversations, liaising in with all the stakeholders involved with the project, to ensure regular monitoring of updates and also interacted with senior stakeholders such as CEO and COO. This naturally fostered excellent relationships with all parties involved and displayed my managerial prowess with handling cross-functional teams across a multi-cultural setting.I also implemented global best practices in Program Management and ensured it was effectively used across all teams involved in various projects. It warranted for flexibility and gave room to adapt to different types of engagement, working hours and work environment. This allowed me to handle multiple teams/projects seamlessly and helped me deliver results with tight deadlines while ensuring quality output. The results were up to industry standards and followed all the KPMG guidelines consistently.

After a short break, I joined Clifford Chance as a team leader in the research services department where I managed a diverse portfolio within the department. Led a team of research analysts who worked on benchmarking, business transformation and delivery across the organisation. I supervised market landscaping, insight generation and preparing proposals while also ensured project objectives were met. Maintaining effective lines of communication with various stakeholders involved to give regular updates regarding ongoing projects also came within the ambit of my duties.

During this tenure, I devised project proposals to revamp methods, procedures to deliver project needs and at the same time ensured effective delivery management and upheld project objectives. I continued under the same role for over 3 years, before parting ways in 2011.

As a fresher, I joined the organisation as a Business Process Consultant, worked as a part of the PMO team. During my tenure in this role, I led data-driven analysis on business metrics, optimisation of resources and translating business plans into financial value. Soon, I was promoted to the role of process lead.
