With over 19 years of IT professional experience, I have been designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions for the telecom industry as a Solutions Architect and now shift my career as Corporate Trainer. I have a PMP training certificate and a strong background in project management, leadership, and communication skills.I have worked on various projects involving Ericsson OSS-RC, Telcordia Granite, Ericsson Adaptive Inventory, Network Designer, product monitoring, transaction monitoring, VAS, OSS, networks, activation, provisioning, IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager, and Android handset application development. I have also worked on-site at Saudi Telecom, EXLcom, and Airtel, gaining valuable exposure and insights into different markets and customer needs.
