● Program managed large technical programs which require coordination with 40 different teams in S3 e.g. bi-annual operational and financial planning, org wide technical enhancements, site exits etc.● Scaled and streamlined AWS S3’s process for evaluating large capacity requests by increasing the number of approvers from 8 to 20, including stakeholders from Networking org and establishing an automated workflow which led to reduction of SLA from 8 weeks to 1 week.● Led S3’s first data center exit and established the process which is now reused for every data center exit. ● Streamlined S3 operations and financial planning by eliminating unnecessary compute capacity forecasting for smaller fleets, collaborating with Finance to optimize processes, and empowering directors to provide capital expenditure estimates for new initiatives.
