Project 1: GIS2 RewriteGlobal Independence System is the in house application of EY for front office operations. It provides an enhanced method of referencing clients, including their affiliates and restrictions, enables an effective and efficient process for validating and updating client family trees, integrates with and leverages both internal and 3rd party data and acts as a central source and support for other internal systems. The project aimed at replacing the existing GIS application with new .net application. I was primarily involved in creating process flows for the new processes being created and writing user stories.Project 2: Employee Central (EC) - Symphony Integration (Data Mapping)EY is moving from PeopleSoft to SAP SuccessFactor. I am part of EC Data consumption for downstream integration. My day to day work involved mapping SAP SuccessFactor DB files with that of PeopleSoft Database so that data can be walked back to downstream systems.

The project aimed at replacing an existing web based oracle/ FileNet application (Integrated Claims Management System -ICMS1) with a new application (Integrated Claims Management System -ICMS2). My work focused on analyzing, documenting and testing new processes for the 152 document types which made up the application. I was involved in all stages of SDLC. My work can be broken down into:• User Management Access (External & Internal Users)• Document Management and Workflow Management (used Alfresco to build workflows)• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) upgrade by developing a custom application• Document Capture (Scan, Verify, Index) upgrade to Kofax• Data and Document Migration from ICMS1 to ICMS2 system• System setup and preferences• Development of Division reports

Worked closely with the business team and understood the AS-IS and TO-BE models (current and future flow) to identify the Business Requirements.Facilitated requirement gathering sessions (JARs) with the Business Users and SME’s to get a better understanding of the Business Processes and to create functional requirements documents, process flows and screen shots.Arranged walkthrough sessions with the user group to confirm that all the requirements have been captured and obtained sign off on all the documents.Used Interactive visualize simulation using iRise for simulation of business application design.Planned and defined system requirements to Use Case, Use Case Scenario and Use Case Narrative using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) methodologies.Created flowcharts, wireframes and mockups during design phase for Graphic User Interface (GUI) of the website.Interacted with clients to finalize their website look and contents through Joint Application Design(JAD0 sessions.Validated and created the test case documents and conducted walkthroughs with the business users for any changes required.Verified and tracked test cases through IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), IBM Rational Quality manager (RQM).Performed User acceptance testing to ensure that the product was meeting business expectations.
