Master Thesis: Solution Based Thin Film Transistor for OLED backplaneThe goal of the project was to develop and optimize, inexpensive, solution processed transparentthin film transistors, using Zinc Tin Oxide (ZTO), for the backplane circuitry to drive LEDs.o Various material compositions for ZTO and transistor geometries were tested to optimize transistor parameters like On-Off ratio, subthreshold swing, threshold voltage etc.o Driving an organic LED on and off using the fabricated thin film transistors
