As Global Service Delivery Leader, setup the Procurement and Supply Chain shared service center for one of the world’s top 5 Oil & Gas companies for multiple geographies and business units. Responsible for the account P&L. Led the Solution identification, Scope finalization, developing transition plan, Change Management, Hiring, Training, Transitioning, Service Delivery and creation of Improvement Roadmap in the areas of Sourcing, Contracting, e-Sourcing, PO creation & modification, Expediting, developing Material Masters, Catalogues and creation of Vendor Masters.
