Have been leading Training & Development department with more than 15+ years’ of experience at designing, implementing and monitoring training outcomes through the company’s learning management system. Having the chance of performing outdoor adventures and experiential learning program in US, experiential learning was the first know-how brought along with me to Turkey. As an entrepreneur, my dream is to be structuring Turkey's biggest recreational and experiential learning center. Accomplishing so; I believe to have the unique possibility of sharing my own life experience all of which gained through the path of self-acknowledgement by traveling, discovering, self-challenging, managing, leading, understanding my own self and working with variety of teams. As today, I came to understanding the miracle lies within the conception of Now – being in the moment. Thus; life has been the school and Mother Nature has been the greatest teacher. Throughout the years of experience on the rivers have guided me to understand the dynamics of life, it self. Looking into it from a bigger perspective by outdoors experiences, whatever + wherever or whatever you do, you can use the dynamics of experience to understand your own self, your colleagues, your managers, your partner, your friends and world around you.
