Responsibilities:1. Design calculations for Single- and double-glazed folding and tilt facade motorized windows & doors such as opening heights and widths, weight calculations, packaging list, powder coating list, glass cut size etc.2. Preparing fabrication drawing of frames, tracks & drive racks for CNC machining and Welding.3. Translation of design concepts such as wall mounted crank wheel gear train into 3D detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings using SolidWorks.4. Utilize 3D CAD for machined and laser cut parts such as motor brackets, link arms, post lug, spur gears, motor shafts, base plates etc.5. Performing site measurements for doors, windows, and walls.6. Engage with the suppliers for the quotation of the laser cut part and materials.

Key Responsibilities:• Improving the design fixture of water regeneration system using SolidWorks in the 40th AAA standard shipping container.• Studying and understanding the network of pump bay equipment, fittings, pipes, valves, and instrument using PFDs and P&IDs.• Re-drawing the water generation pump bay, hypoxic pool, aerobic pool, and membrane pool, according to the dimensions of the container by adjusting the length of pipes and position of valves and fittings.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinating the operation of shell and conversion hydraulic press and maintaining the quality standard of can end by hourly checking the dimensions such as outer bead, inner bead, outer and inner diameter, rivet thickness, and tab force. • Changing aluminium coils, changing packaging bags, replacing press tools, and replacing hydraulic oils.• Attending change-over meeting at the end of the shift and explaining the cause of downtime, replaced parts, hazard identified and next change over product time and materials.
