As a key member of the Data Science for Technology, Risk, and Operations (DSTRO) team of Global Risk Analytics at the Bank, I am involved in the Model Implementation Approval procedure as part of the Model Development Executive’s Governance function that provides model implementation support, and guides model developers through each of the phases of the end-to-end model development lifecycle from a process point-of-view. I am also involved in several data science tasks for the DSTRO team. I am also providing support to model teams for monthly Intracycle Monitoring for the performance of models as per Enterprise Model Risk Policy requirements.

• Worked as a Staff Data Scientist in the SKAI (SKAEL AI) group that is in charge of developing and enhancing advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, NLP, machine learning and data mining, to advance SKAEL’s business and products. The group works on programs in multiple areas such as conversational AI, data wrangling, image processing, behavioral analytics, predictive analytics, business enablement, telemetric and benchmark analytics. • Led the Computation Linguistic team which is tasked with developing the ability of SKAEL’s digital employees to understand human language. Combining computational linguistics with machine learning algorithms and reinforcement learning gives the end user a human-like experience when interacting with SKAEL’s digital employees. • The team worked on providing the new generation of SKAEL’s conversational engine and working on several projects as the components of the state-of-art Conversational Engine. • Developed Intent Recognition and Entity Recognition Systems for 4 business domains: Helpdesk (IT Helpdesk), Travel, Secretarial, and Sales.
