Represented the WSIB before administrative tribunals including the Grievance Settlement Board, Human Rights Tribunal and Workplace Safety and Appeals Tribunal. Provided advice to the WSIB Privacy Office and represent the WSIB on matters before the Information and Privacy Commissioner. Provided general legal advice and opinions to all levels of the WSIB on the interpretation of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and, other relevant provincial and federal legislation. Prepared annual statutory compliance reports for WSIB Board of Directors.
