Keep data of trucks and trailers coming in or going out of the yard.• Ensuring reefer temperatures are the same as specified by bill of lading.• Maintaining records of reefer fuel tanks and take immediate action if the fuel levels are low.• Inspection of trucks and trailers while understanding the issues described by the drivers and reporting the same to the mechanic shop.​• Keeping record of the trucks and trailers due for service or annual inspection.• Ensure all the drivers are following safety regulations of company.
