Develop and deliver Altium Designer training material to customers, a unified electronic design software tool. Software allows engineers to design digital and analog circuits from concept to production including: OpenBus high level description, schematic entry, FPGA integration, SPICE simulation, PCB layout and database management.

• Write content and conduct technical training courses for customers in the use and maintenance of Air Defense LAN/WAN, server, storage networks and A/V hardware. • Prepare lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements and software documentation. Work with engineering and customer relations to ensure that course material reflects current product features.

• Produced videos, podcasts and websites for non-profits and small businesses. • Created, promoted and presented a two hour “How to Create Web Videos” workshop where members of the audience filled the Hollywood roles and produced a one minute video in the class: youtube.com/watch?v=An3MJFa97gI

•Conceived, implemented from scratch and managed the Lattice Field Application Engineer Certification program. Sourced 16 one hour device, software, application & competitive training modules as well as online quizzes. • Planned a 5 city boot camp training series for a newly hired distributor with only 4 weeks’ notice with customized & short intro video of our Vice President of Sales. • Wrote, directed and produced over 30 videos for product launches, corporate training, executive messages, conferences and trade shows in English, Japanese & Chinese.• Key member of the 2010 Sales Conference team to provide “sizzle” - produced 8 adrenalin pumping intro, prepped executives for their presentations, quizzes, A/V jockey, awards ceremony & onsite closing montage.

• Worked on the set of over 40 projects including: motion pictures, TV shows, commercials and industrials. Responsible for breaking down the script, advising the director, documenting all details during the shoot, continuity for wardrobe, makeup, props, set dressing and screen direction.

• Worked with marketing and sales to create programs to train and support the distribution sales force using print, web and multimedia to dramatically increase their product knowledge and selling strategies.• Developed over 40 innovative and informative multimedia and video projects to communicate key messages - sales collateral, product demos, customer testimonials and software training. • Travelled across the country with video gear in hand to shoot and edit 15 customer testimonials that were used in tradeshows and sales conferences.

• Doubled the Applications, Technical Support & Training organization to 14. Also restructured tech support to increase “live by engineer” response from 25 to 80% and dramatically increased customer and sales satisfaction. • Completely restructured the 3-day FPGA Customer Training Program including labs and demo board. Managed the customer training program with over 1,000 customers and sales people trained. • Created the “5 Step Actel Sales Process” training program and delivered in person across the country for over 300 distributor & sales to standing ovations.
