• Worked in Bell Canada Technology Lab on various routing and networking protocols and techniques such as BGP, OSPF,VRF’s, VLANs to optimize network performance.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks(LANs), wide area networks(WANs), connections to the internet ensuring continuous, reliable service.
• Evaluate and install networking equipment and upgrade software operating system
• Configured protocols via console connections and remote access, ensuring proper functionality across devices.
• Build network topology and configure protocols( BGP, OSPF,VRFs, VLAN) to ensure operational accuracy.
