Here are some of the Amazing projects worked on in Bell:- 5G Network Deployment: Played an integral role in building the best 5G network in Canada by deploying RedHatOpenshift 4.6x and 4.8x clusters. Successfully deployed network infrastructure for CaaS and PaaS sites, ensuring seamless integration of networking components with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift.- CI/CD Automation: Part of the automated cluster build team, utilizing GitLab as the CI/CD tool of choice to streamline deployment processes.- Client Provisioning Automation: Employed ArgoCD to automate client app provisioning and post-deployment cluster configurations, enhancing operational efficiency.- Cluster Management: Managed day-2 operations and provided off-hours support for cluster management, ensuring continuous availability and performance- Network Troubleshooting for CaaS/PaaS: Contributed to diagnosing and resolving complex network connectivity issues for CaaS and PaaS environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimized performance.- Protocol Expertise: Utilized protocols like BGP, VRFs, and VLANs to identify and resolve bottlenecks and misconfigurations in multi-tenant and containerized environments.- Network Topology Design: Successfully built and deployed network topologies for new tenants by designing and implementing scalable and efficient architectures tailored to specific requirements.- Collaboration with Teams: Worked closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Networking teams to ensure alignment and effective resolution of cross-functional issues.- Team Integration: Interviewed potential employees to ensure team compatibility and cohesion, contributing to a strong and effective team dynamic.- Technical Presentations: Delivered a major presentation on “New BGP Design implementation in Openshift Clusters” at the team demo meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices with peers.

These were my roles and responsibilities working in Bell: • Worked in Bell Canada Technology Lab on various routing and networking protocols and techniques such as BGP, OSPF,VRF’s, VLANs to optimize network performance. • Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks(LANs), wide area networks(WANs), connections to the internet ensuring continuous, reliable service. • Evaluate and install networking equipment and upgrade software operating system • Configured protocols via console connections and remote access, ensuring proper functionality across devices. • Build network topology and configure protocols( BGP, OSPF,VRFs, VLAN) to ensure operational accuracy. • Troubleshoot and test the equipment to ensure the performance of the device is accurate • Provide problem-solving to network team by working on their request and issues efficiently. • Install, maintain, troublehsoot and upgrade hardware, ensuring minimal downtime. • Restart network server or equipment in the lab if its not working and maintain record of performed work

Here were my roles and responsibilities: • Set up, implement and maintain existing and new IT assets (desktop, workstations, printer, audiovisual conferencing units, and mobile devices). • Resolve internal infrastructure technology support during incidents and outages with the help of third-party vendors. • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from a technical perspective, and act as the internal systems administrator for hardware and software assets. • Review and maintain IT dashboards and reports to ensure all critical services remain healthy and operational. • Perform maintenance and inventory of all hardware and software (including laptops, yubikeys, access cards, etc.) to provide a stable and reliable environment including implementation of IT security policies and procedures. • Provide guidance and support on the internal help desk activities, including conference lines, Zoom meetings, and meeting recordings. • Involved in troubleshooting basic end user issues on software applications, hardware, network and provide basic desktop support.

• Facilitated to the success and sustainability of the organization by ensuring students fully understand the material taught in lectures.• Instruct and supervise 60 undergraduate students in laboratory and tutorial settings.• Teach data structures and algorithms, e.g., how to approach the design and analysis of algorithms using the C programming language.

Here were my roles and responsibilities at Chitkara University: • Demonstrated the students the ability to set up/install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers and switches • Implemented a small internet: Configuring router and switches. Analysing the routing and MAC tables • Implemented lab projects on routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF. Hands on experience on setting up DNS and DHCP • Implemented Networking project on Improved AODV routing protocol for mitigating the effects of Grayhole attack in VANET using genetic algorithm. • Accepted and presented Conference paper on the project mentioned above in International Conference on a topic covering Advances in Computing, Communications & Automation( IEEE), Dehradun, India

Here were my responsibilities as an Assistant professor: • Preparing and delivering lectures to undergraduate students on various Computer Science subjects according to the curriculum defined by the University, including Engineering core and electric courses. • Preparing exam question papers, conducting theory and practical examinations as per University guidelines. • Conducting and supervising laboratory sessions involving practical labs for University curriculum subjects. • Creating course lesson plans for students in Computer Science Engineering department adhering to the University syllabus and instructions. • Participating in the faculty meetings regarding instructional strategies, course lesson plans. • Administer examinations and evaluate students for their academic performance. • Directing and collaborating on Industrial projects for Computer Science engineering students.
