I founded my school's first chapter of DECA, worked through the obstacles of starting it up fresh with a team of 3 other executives, and managed a team of 15 general members.

I assisted in organizing events throughout the community. I helped youth through many diversity-related events. Furthermore, I also interacted with residents of the community to create relations to last a lifetime and ameliorate any issues brought to the surface.
