As a Responsible Innovation & AI Assurance Manager at Google, I leverage my 8+ years of experience in operations, compliance, and responsible AI to ensure that Google's AI products and services are safe, trustworthy, and beneficial for all stakeholders. I am passionate about shaping the future of AI and technology in a way that respects human rights, community, and values.In my current role, I support the implementation and oversight of Google's AI Principles and Ethics Review process, which is a rigorous and transparent mechanism to evaluate the potential impact, benefits, and risks of AI models and product applications. I also develop enterprise-wide AI policies, which provide a clear and consistent framework for governing AI across the organization. Additionally, I develop and apply AI governance tools and risk assessment frameworks, to identify, monitor, and mitigate AI risks, sociotechnical harms, and issues. Through these initiatives, I aim to contribute to Google's vision of building AI for everyone, and being both Bold and Responsible.
