As a team member of maintenance department• Wheel Alignment: Aligned systems with manufacturer specifications through skilled calibration• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect the vehicle to check for leaks, low fluid levels, overdue belts changes and other repairs needs. Perform Oil Change and general inspection on the vehicle and advise customers for the work needed to be done on the vehicle and keep the record updated of the customers vehicle in our shop system. • Lift/Level Kit: Under the supervision of shop journeyman install Lift/Level Kit from 2” to 6” on Pickup trucks following the manufactures and safety guidelines. • Undercarriage Maintenance: Under the supervision of shop journeyman complete the diagnosis and repair of suspension, brakes, tie rods, Sway Bar. • Tire/ Wheels Mount and Balance: Efficiently mount and demount tires on wide variety of wheels. Mount and balance wheels and rims on commercial and non-commercial vehicles following the safety habits and PPE in an Automotive shop.• Diagnosis & Repair: Utilize diagnosis and repair tools to replace wheel bearings, check fluids, change oil, and more • After Market Products Install: Under the supervision of shop journeyman install aftermarket parts like custom exhaust, kickback mud flaps, lift kits, level kits, back rack frame including beacon lights on trucks, accessories and racks on jeeps and trucks. As a team member of care department• Remote Starter/Dash Cam & GPS: Install Equipment's like GPS, Dash Cam & 1 Way, 2 Way and Smart Start remote starters on variety of vehicles • Paint Protection Films: Install ppf products like Xpel, 3MM and more on cars, pickups, and commercial vehicles. Use various ppf software to determine vehicle specifications and cuttings available and if not then use the manual cuttings to install paint protection films on the vehicles.• Paint Correction & Graphene/Ceramic Coating: Perform Stage1 to Stage 3 paint correction on the vehicle as needed and apply graphene coating

• Perform proper CVIP inspection on trucks and trailers• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required including electrical• Repairing and replacing of defective parts and components, using proper hand and air tools when required• Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets the manufacturer’s specification• Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work on equipment• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
