Accomplishments: 1) Promoted to General Manager in Jan 2019 based on outstanding performance 2) Successfully resolved 6 years of long outstanding noise complaints in UIAH by reducing noise transmissions through Architectural ceilings, C&S walls and slabs, equipment noise source from M&E equipment and design modifications. 3) Saved RM 4.5 million for the Organization through technical know-how on Variation Order (V.O) claims and in depth understanding of specification and contract administration from each project.
