As the Head Graphic Designer, I manage, design, maintain and offer solutions for all marketing collateral to Lexon UK Ltd, its sister companies and its clients. I interpret the client's and businesses needs and develop for an initial concept through to client project completion to suit their purpose. I manage and design high quality print ready artwork and arrange for print in house and out of house using professional industry production printers while managing budgets and expenditure. I use the latest industry leading software across the Windows and Apple platforms, Adobe CC being my key software in which I am very proficient in. I am also the Project Manager for Lexon UK Ltds trade shows, in particular the Pharmacy Show which is held at the NEC. I am responsible for all areas of design, production, supplier/contract liaison and budget management. I regularly work with people of all levels and design solutions for a huge variety of products and services across the Pharmaceutical sector, such as various monthly promotional brochures, price list booklets, pharmacy and business posters, B2B promotional packages, Point of sale, folders, business cards, flyers, exhibition displays, signage, video presentations, digital media, all while maintaining the organisation's corporate identity.
