My responsibilities were to:Understand the desktop based dental application and create the Epics, Features, Product Backlog Items in Team Foundation Server.Interact with the business stakeholders to understand the vision and set the milestones for each delivery cycle.Prepare the wireframes and create the acceptance criteria for the Product Backlog Items (PBIs).Refine the PBIs weekly with the design, development and testing team.Facilitate the daily standup meetings and update the stakeholders about the status of the project in Scrum of Scrum meetings.Conduct the QA activities for the developed PBIs and give demonstration to stakeholders at the end of the sprint.Conduct weekly meetings with team leads from QA and Development team to explain functional requirement and address questions.Work with the product owner for getting the product ready for UAT and beta testing by the external testers. Collect the beta testing feedback and accommodate the improvements in the product roadmap.
