● I am currently engaged in developing PCFs sensors based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR).● Providing assistance to master's thesis students in establishment of fundamental research principles for photonic crystal fibres.

● Arranging Criterion Outlines as per IB standards, conducting DP & MYP Physics classes, and providing guidance to 10 + students for their research on physics education for IB internal assessments.● Working as a TOK (Theory of Knowledge) and CAS (creativity, activity, service) advisor.● Leading the MYP Assessment Team, overseeing all MYP examinations since the first month of my tenure.

● Delivered dynamic physics lectures that were customized for international board students, including those enrolled in the IB (MYP and DP Program) and IGCSE. ● Created impactful content and produced YouTube videos with the aim of promoting organizational growth.

● Delivered physics lectures to junior and senior high school students. By establishing a dynamic platform for effective learning, I was able to engage 150 + students and foster their curiosity towards the subject.● Designed and established a comprehensive curriculum framework for K-12 learners within the institute. This initiative was implemented successfully and has been instrumental in enabling students to acquire a solid foundation in Physics.

● Objective of the project was to gain knowledge of waveguide technologies, nonlinear optical effects, material properties, and their applications in telecommunications and sensing. ● Using COMSOL Multiphysics software, designed five PCFs and assessed their optical properties such as confinement loss, material loss, and mode area. The analysis led to identifying the most reliable design that could be feasibly fabricated.● Resulted in successfully publishing three research articles in prestigious journals and winning the best poster presentation award at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India.

● The project aimed to address the challenges experienced by leprosy patients who walk for extended periods by developing a solution that can mitigate the risk of blisters and subsequent severe infections that may necessitate limb amputation.● The proposed solution involved a slipper that patients can wear, which will monitor the downward force exerted by the patient's feet. The slipper will provide notifications to the patient or their caregiver when the patient needs to rest. This solution has the potential to prevent permanent disability in patients and improve their overall quality of life.

● Aimed to comprehend the angular momentum of various fidget spinners, predominantly focusing on their arms and bearings.● Five spinners with 2 or more different arms were collected, each equipped with two types of bearings, namely ceramic and steel.● The rotational speed of all ten spinners was measured by utilizing a tachometer while taking 100 data points for each spinner. To observe the moment of inertia of the spinner, a string-spinner system was introduced, which resembled a simple pendulum. ● The results of the project were communicated to the supervisor and ultimately published in the Physics Education Journal, IOP Publishing.
