Working closely with a Project Manager and executing a best practice methodology to deliver WMS projects to a substantial range of customers, offering application expertise.A close relationship with the customer to identify business and technical requirements and translating them into functional mapping documents. Responsible for configuring and implementing a working WMS and subsequently training the Customers team in formal seminars.Providing a high level of support in the delivery of a complete solution from end to end and consistently gaining exceptional feedback.Excellent technical ability in SQL, Unix and other applications requiring data management and manipulationFully able to consult in Supply Chain Logistic operations

• Working closely with the Project Manager to implement logistic software solutions to large corporate clients.• Focusing on the successful completion of project deliverables within the System Development Life Cycle, and attending regular progress meetings onsite with the client.• Extensively active on customer sites to offer consulting services.• Providing help and expertise in the software product to the client.• Working with the Project Manager to minimize risks, and issues, with regular reporting, and assisting in providing end user training to the customer.• Involved with providing support to user acceptance testing before Go Live and assisting in the organisation of data take-on activities including the use of Swisslogs own tools.• Writing development specifications, providing the sufficient detail and accuracy required for the development team by understanding the requirements specification.• Writing test scripts for proposed developments.• Testing bespoke functionality, testing and replicating issues and resolutions.• Using an Oracle Framework and so the use of SQL language was required.
